Retained Search

Retained executive search is our core function at Portman Square Partners. It is our belief that retained search remains the best way for our clients to be represented in the market whilst emphasising their commitment to making each individual hire.

As a result of our cumulative experience, we are able to provide timely and relevant advice at every stage of the search process. Moreover, we pride ourselves on maintaining close contact with every succesful candidate well after their start date to ensure a successful onboarding.

Benchmarking

We regularly undertake projects to assist our clients in assessing their existing staff across a range of benchmarks (including compensation) to help determine whether or not to pursue an external hire or indeed simply to provide objective information to assist with appraisal and talent management.


Competitor Analysis

We can provide information on the strategy, structure and size of competitors in order to assist our clients in assessing how their own teams are orientated versus the market; such a mapping exercise is often the precursor to undertaking a full search process.
